REFUND POLICY (EU CUSTOMERS)

Effective Date: 17th April 2025

We want you to love our products, but more than that, we want you to love your experience with us. Our returns policy below is designed to be simple and fair, in line with EU consumer rights.

IF THERE IS A FAULT OR ISSUE:
If something’s not right, email us straight away at [email protected]. Our UK-based support team will help sort it out quickly.

IF YOU’VE CHANGED YOUR MIND:
You have the legal right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods - no explanation needed.

To qualify:

  • Let us know within 14 days of delivery that you want to cancel.
  • Return the item(s) within 14 days of telling us.
  • Items must be unopened and sealed for hygiene reasons.

Please include your name and email address inside the return parcel so we can refund you quickly.

We will refund:

  • The cost of the product.
  • The original delivery charge (if applicable), unless you chose a non-standard delivery option.

Note: You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
