REFUND POLICY (EU CUSTOMERS)

We want you to love our products—but more than that we want you to love us. Our refund policy is simple and designed with that in mind.
This Refund Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions of Sale. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms and Conditions of Sale shall prevail

IF YOU’VE CHANGED YOUR MIND:
PRODUCTS
You’re entitled to a full refund under your statutory cooling-off rights. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item and return the sealed goods to us within a further 14 days.
We can only accept returns of goods that are:
- In their original condition (i.e., unused, sealed).
- Accompanied by your name and email inside the parcel so we can process your refund efficiently.
Please note, we may make a deduction from your refund if the product shows signs of damage or use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

CONDITION FOR RETURN:
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be returned in a re-saleable condition (sealed, and undamaged).
- Returns must be received within 14 days of notifying us.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty
REFUNDS - PRICING CLARITY:
Refunds will be issued within 14 days in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale, using the original payment method. Refunds are made based on the price actually paid for each product:
- If a product was purchased as part of a promotion, subscription, or bundle, the refund will reflect the discounted price paid.
- No additional refund will be provided based on full retail or standalone prices. (For example, if you bought a bundle of products at a discount, each item will be refunded proportionately based on the applied discount.)
- Standard delivery charges will be refunded in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
